Description:
Keemun is one of the congou-type teas; meaning it requires a great deal of gongfu, (disciplined skill) to make into fine taut strips without breaking the leaves. It is enjoyed all over the world. Traditionally, Keemun is often used in many English breakfast blends. The tea is produced in the Anhui and Jiangxi provinces in China.
Lightly sweet and a bit malty, with a hint of floral notes- our Keemun has a smooth winey fruity flavour with depth and complexity. It can be served with milk.
Ingredient:
Black tea
Origin:
China
Brewing instructions:
Put 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of loose tea in 200ml of water. Pour freshly boiled water over tea. Steep for 3-5 mins.
